Hi guys/gals,

I made it a requirement to postpone my first post unless I was able to close on my deal. Today was the glorious day and finally I was able to close. No more procrastination. No more excuses. BP peers… there are still deals out there! You just need to be R-E-L-E-N-T-L-E-S-S. A massive market like Miami, Fl requires massive action.
