You can do cash out refinance on a property that you have BRRRR's with a wide variety of loan products. 

There are limits to each product whether its FHA or conventional renovations products so make sure you check those.

I was always under the impression that tile was so far superior and the best product for the enclosure.

He has that product.  

Slightly less labor and material on the install and honestly from a techs perspective I find easier to maintain.Bosch is a solid up and coming product I’m not completely familiar with their entire line but I know they have a basic heat pump that is made in China and doesn’t have the best reviews.

DSCR is a tool like any other loan product and works for some and doesn't work for others.
