Because it's in my nature, I just searched the Orange County, Florida Public Records for Agreement For Deed(s) between 01/01/2023 and 09/30/2023 and much to my surprise found 14 of them indexed. 

They built a system that had counterbalancing legs of the legislative, executive and judicial.  

That's 2 legs of the nuclear triad. 

They are stuck with their attorney fees to pay and whimpering as they leave with their tale tucked between their legs.6.

History would suggest the RE market has more legs, even if the upward trajectory in interest rates prove to cool off the market temporarily. 

I would be interested in checking this out if it grows legs.
