I understand it's most comfortable to hold what we know, but after putting pen to paper on this a little bit I hope you guys can come to an objective decision.  

Conversely, no investor has objected to my agreement.As to the term, it can easily take longer than 6 months to consummate a sale on the retail side.  

I'd wave at the kids on the field trip and wait for the zookeeper to bring you dinner.In the meantime, look for time that has the smallest opportunity cost for you and do some wholesaling, from there you can objectively determine what gives the most value for your time.

The objective is to close.
