Hey community, i have a question which has been on my mind as an investor for long.

Insurance has been crazy in Tampa and im curious to know if anyone that does buy and holds has any good insurance companies they can recommend that aren't charging outrageous rates.

Obviously crypto mining is a very power hungry task and anyone doing it should know that.

Anyone know of insurance that covers bed bug eradication and lost revenue?

I used to use Corel Logic and Land Safe but it appears they know longer are in the business.
