Hey guys,Been listening to audio books and felt it was time to reach out and join the forums. 

I’m trying to put myself in a normal person’s shoes, and I feel like I’d be more inclined to answer a phone call and discuss selling my home rather than responding to a post card or yellow letter.

Except when I listen to Real Estate Rookie podcasts, Ashley Kehr repeatedly mentions these low downpayment commercial loans. 

Hi, @Mario Marcano I am reading "Commercial real estate investor's handbook" and "the real book of real estate" plus listening to the BiggerPockets podcast daily.

I think the best thing to do re: negotiation, offer etc and step into the shoes of the seller.

Listen to what she says and be hyper focused on those aspects first.
