Thanks Joshua,the property is in tonawanda ny(57 fletcher 14150).It took a little over a month to rent both sides out.one side is a 1 bedroom rents for 300 other side is a 2 bedroom rents for 500.rents are actually a little low but i didnt have to do too much to the property and had them rented quick.once these tenants leave ill do a little more work and raise each by 75.take care

Leave them out of the equation until they are needed, like when you need to find a buyer, then they can get a commission for doing so (assuming they find one before you do)
