I might add that the timing of the release with 9/11 would lend to showing intent.Keep in mind that the exact same thing happened last Presidential election cycle -- an anti-Islamic film was released 7 weeks before the election.Also worth noting that that film -- from 4 years ago -- was subsidized by the Koch brothers, who are the largest GOP financers.

Now, even after spending trillions of dollars, our major institutions are broke (still only in business due to funny money being pumped into them); many of our largest industries are broke (again being sustained by money printed out of thin air); Americans are over-extended; housing prices continue to plummet; layoffs are accelerating; and the government has just gone on the biggest spending spree in all of recorded history.

I actually talked to the second largest 203K mortgage lender in the country and yes they have their approved contractors but if your contractor can provide 3 references which are similar to the work needed, the bank will consider approving them as long as they are licensed, insured, provide tax info. etc.

For example, in a theme park based on life 100 years ago, your old fashion candy store may demonstrate how candy was made long ago by hand, the employees may dress in the period, it may be next door to the ice cream store, in other words, it's not just a candy store but in makes up part of a bigger theme to provide an entertaining activity.All that said, RE activities effect other people, those you deal with, it's usually that largest financial transaction most people will ever be involved with.
