Here is what I set my criteria at:Mortgage: All mortgagesAbsentee and Owner Occupied.Property: Equity anywhere from 31% to 90%.Property Type: Duplex/TriplexDemographics: N/A.Foreclosure: N/A.Address Completeness: Mailing and Property Address complete.Corporate owned: Exclude.I am planning on sending out 600 letters to 3 towns for a total on 200 letters per town.

IE website craigslist  e mail blast etc.Further it went on in great detail about dealing with those properties in foreclosure.. this new termfor a buyer is  Equity conveyance buyer and there are strict rules with regard to this activity.

I wouldn't personally refer anybody there because it's junk data and just an advertisement for those 3 companies that pay them for the leads.

@Nicole W. have you considered having the yard sign just ring into a voice mail with property details?

I am trying to see if anyone can put me in the right direction in terms of strategies, specific mailing campaigns, scripts, address resources etc. 

@Jeff Scholen - Dont forget that you could be sending mail or knocking on the doors of the potential foreclosures today instead of waiting until Tuesday.

Do you add your website address in your marketing campaign for direct mail?

Just don't change your address with them and get your mail forwarded to your new address.
