Hello, I am new to BP, have been watching the podcasts on YouTube the last few months and decided to join the site. 

I just joined bigger pockets a few days ago.

I joined BP less than a week ago, from listening to just a few of the BP podcasts.

My goal for 2017 (i joined in December) is to buy a property this year as well.

So I took initiative and joined the BiggerPocket community :) My goals here in BiggerPockets is to meet both the inexperience and experience members in all fields (realtors, brokers, lawyers, property manager, CPA, investors and lenders) to connect and share their knowledge in this competitive field. 

I joined one but I feel like they are too far ahead of me and need a smaller group to start.

Read all the highly recommended  books, bought the Carlton Sheets, attended a rich dad seminar (surprisingly no Kiyosaki), a couple of flavor of the year gurus, joined a local REIA for two years, Listened to podcast on BP.

This will allow my husband to "retire early" and join me in the real-estate market.
