Hello, I am new to BP, have been watching the podcasts on YouTube the last few months and decided to join the site. This has to be hands down the most wealth of RA knowledge I have seen in one centralized location...Awesome site! I am currently investing in RA on the side (full-time job) and thus far have conducted 7 flips in the past 15 months with my business partner. I am looking build my network in the Central Florida area and meet people that have the years of experience that I would love to learn from.
Also, if there are any agents/wholesalers, please contact me as I am wanting to slowly build up my rental portfolio and wanted to move some of focus towards building passive income, while continuing to flip.
Excited to join the site and I have a ton of reading to do now :)

Welcome Amir! You are near my doorstep (Winter Park). Read all that you can, but also put what you are gaining into practice. As a new REI myself, I would say that putting the knowledge you are acquiring to use is key. Joining a REIA has helped me tremendously as well. Good luck to you and feel free to reach out anytime.
