At 17 i Read Rich Dad Poor dad which inspired me To Invest in Real Estate at a young age.

To be honest, it escapes me how I came across BP last year, but in the last few months since heading down this path, I've learned from webinars, posts, podcasts, hundreds of blogs, and been inspired many times.

@Cory Iannacone very inspiring success story in the Central PA, especially in Carlisle!

After listening to the podcast, I was instantly inspired to learn about house flipping and to provide a better future for my family.

I've found them very inspiring to hear how people use no or low money down to purchase real estate.  

Its truly inspiring to see a face to this level of wealth.

There's some good existing STR funds that may be helpful with inspiration/recruiting practices.
