Bank asked me to up my bid, I offered 180000 and they accepted.  

I don't know if the offer will get accepted, but good eye!

I think that's acceptable to include.

I guess what I am wondering is that if this long just to get the Good Faith Estimate (still nothing), then once/if signed we start that 30 day clock to close, Offer on next deal, 30 more days once accepted to close that one. 60 to 90 days to rehab these things. that is alot of in between time.

On January 15 I put in an offer that was accepted.

My thought in NOT doing so is that it would give the selling agent freedom to maybe offer to take a lower commission (since they won't have to split it) and would entice the sellers more to accept my offer. 

I send you a colleague request and when you accept we can then pm each other.

Our plan was to send them in 100 batches and after we sent out the first batch we got an offer accepted on a listed property.
