Hello Detroit and Metro Detroit investors, I thought I had settled on a farm area, but it looks like the housing is a little too competitive at this point.

They live in very deep water and the meat is toxic (though the Scandinavians prepare it in a manner which reduces the toxins and consider it a {possibly} deadly delicacy.I thought it was now illegal to catch/cull these sharks due to their slow rate of reproduction and {fear of} declining numbers?

But in the meantime, I'd like to hear some thoughts and or ideas on other financing options, JV's, etc.  

Anyone have thoughts or advice on how to proceed?

It may only be that the stucco mixed in the correct ratio but i would want to be sure i didn't have additional problems.All that being said I would offer what i thought the property was worth taking into consideration the estimated repairs.Good luck!
