What communities are you investing in?
Hello Detroit and Metro Detroit investors,
I thought I had settled on a farm area, but it looks like the housing is a little too competitive at this point. So I'm looking into other communities. I thought about Detroit proper, especially around Wayne State. Maybe even Clinton Township, Eastpointe area. Any advice on communities to invest in around metro Detroit or Detroit proper?
