Hiring a sitter is difficult - as soon as you leave most of the time they do too and play stupid when the house is stripped when "they went to the store". 

Where will the cameras store data? 

I don't think adding another element to the arrangement that could potentially cause disputes is smart and I haven't had anyone abuse the heat/AC over the several years I've done this so I plan to keep it that way. 

Partner A buys a light bulb and Partner B is furious because he was not invited in the decision process and because Partner A paid one dollar more than it was at another store.
