I am 20 years old and looking to get started in real estate, despite finishing up college. The reason I have fallen in love with real estate investing is because my father owns 30+ units in the area and has sparked my interest in becoming financially independent. Any advice on creative ways I would be able to get started and buy my first deal without waiting until I graduate college in two years?
Thanks,
AJ

Partner up with your father on a deal! I'm assuming he's doing it the right way by being able to scale to 30+ units. Have you ever had a conversation with him about being your mentor?!
