I am guilty over the years of drawing a line in the sand also, and in retrospect, from the viewpoint of decades later, I was wasting time, emotional energy, and relationships.

I agree with Karen, go to a smaller boutique firm if you're not interested in cold-calling, but there's a draw-back.

@Jeff BrowerUnless you are drawing from personal experience, you are just using fudged numbers as they are completely generic. 

It is slightly less expensive once you take into consideration the monthly cost of the online version.
