I grew up in North Carolina as a die-hard New England Patriots fan. At about age 16, I met a plumber in his 30's that seemed to be better off than the average plumber. He told me that he owned ~20 investment properties and had set himself up for financial independence. When I asked him to teach me, he had me read "Rich Dad Poor Dad"....

I currently have a full time job with Halliburton, but beginning to focus more on real estate so I can come back home and be a part of my family's life, and not just a distant father figure. I am interested in wholesaling and subject to investing. Wish me luck!
