I moved to Durham recently and started to looking into markets close to me, so far I have been looking into Fayetteville for a while and it seems to be a great market that you can still find cashflow deals from MLS.

We do move at a fast pace and understand that not every investor can match that. 

I "accidentally" fell into my first property (I bought a place right away, at the right time during the heart of COVID), but then moved to the North Carolina area because I am on active duty in the military.

There's a lot of people that can do the work, don't get me wrong...but few are competent enough to do it right for a decent price.
