I’m not experienced with being a landlord, so I wasn’t sure if I should first acquire a rental close to home to learn the ropes or if I should just look into Florida with a property management company since I plan on moving there within the next to years.

I have used several companies over the years.

Its a significant chance that person cant afford it and has to search for a place they can afford which may not even exit.

I have done a lot of electrical work over the years and have installed lots of 240V outlets over the years, and my partner's brother owns an electrical contracting company so I could either do it myself or have her brother do it. 

I work for a management company that has been in business since 2004 in Florence, Alabama and we can help you identify properties to purchase, coordinate the potential renovations with our in-house maintenance team or preferred vendors and manage the property once it's ready to rent.

Prior, I contacted the title company (chosen by PSO) in the property listing and they were willing to send me the same documents Auction.com will be sending me concerning wiring the deposit. 

Every title company I call seems to be irritated that I ask which is irritating me.

I also have to mentioned that the biggest advantage of using AI is for internal company usage, especially in a companies where it has multiple product, multiple supplier , or producing very competitive product ; company like home depot , medical device or even Adobe, can really make killing productivity by leveraging AI.For people in tech, the ability of AI to generate a code , a database or to articulate complex system , is very valuable.I have been moving from search engine to AI too in last few months and result was great.
