DSCR Loans in Houston, TX
Does anyone have experience with these type of loans? Are they good for first time investors? I am using a FHA loan on my primary residence and don't want to refinance because we have a great interests rate.

Yes, DSCR loans are advantageous for first-time investors. They focus more on the property's income potential rather than personal finances meaning no DTIs, less paperwork, and more underwriting flexibility.
