I have a house that I rent out mid-term, and I always rented it to families etc… I was contacted by a company who wants to rent it for their executive from UK… How do I process it?

I was wondering if anyone in Georgia has worked with a good agent that has extensive knowledge of the investment market for short term rentals. 

. , and now wondering what the process might be for acquiring something there, where it might make the most sense, and if the numbers check out in the short and potentially long term.I'd love to connect with anyone who can offer any advice or thoughts would really be tremendous.

I don't have much liquid cash available, so I'm trying to get a little creative.
