If you have some money to invest in real estate but do not have a background as a realtor or landlord or builder, you get a great deal of education, inside connections to sources of funding and other connections.  

Even if you were to buy 3 or 4 houses, those 3 or 4 homes could truly change the type of lifestyle you can lead both now (the added rental income) and in the future (as those things really kick off cash flow).Yet another beautiful thing about real estate.

Although my background is very different, I to have made the jump into action.

He did beautiful drywall & mud, carpentry...he just couldn't put his own life together, still hasn't.

I invest in real estate because I love the opportunity to problem solve and renew what once was, thus producing safe and beautiful spaces that people can be proud to call home...even if they are renting.

The goal is really just to learn about the tax rules for small businesses - it's beautiful how much cheaper the things like internet, cell phone, gas, cars, meals, etc can be when you're able to deduct them on your taxes....
