Hello from Twin Falls, Idaho
Hello all,
My name is Tyler McGee. I've got a wonderful wife and great kids. Although my full time job is lawyering, thoughts of real estate investing have been percolating in my brain for years. I just haven't done anything about it. Just a few days ago one my friends turned me on to this site, and I've been hooked. The things I've read, and the podcasts that I've listened to have finally motivated me to stop wishing and start doing. Now I've got to figure out how. With a good size family to support I'm going to have to start small and smart. I've got to educate myself on the process, figure out goals, and make plans. At first blush I seem to be gravitating towards rentals and perhaps small (i.e. low investment, modest return) flips.
This site/community is an awesome resource and I appreciate the time you've taken to read my intro.
