I would stop in to the local hardware store and ask them for the recommendation of a handyman or two.

Yeah.....not gonna happen.This wouldn't phase me one bit....not any more than renting to a pharmacist....or a guy that works at a liquor store......drives a beer delivery truck...or is a drug rep for the company that makes Oxycotin.If he works in the medical Marijuana business, there is ZERO motivation for him to grow anything at home.....and ZERO profit in doing so.
