If they start asking questions about how to get a pet or pay rent late or complain that their toilet keeps flushing on its own, I tell them I have a terrible memory and will probably forget it by the time I get back to the office so they MUST follow the process and contact the office during office hours.

I believe I have actually walked the dog past this property a few times (if in Seward) and has been amazing to see the progress!
