You probably have to go into neighboring towns that you can make an argument for being similar in demographic and proximity to transportation, or whatever makes your property unique to justify your price.

Temporary worker housing situations etc seem like an ideal candidate for what I am searching for.I have looked into quotes for transport and even a 1500-2000 mile move might make sense given the prices of the lower end mobile home market in the Northwest & on most of the West coast.

That's hard to say nationally and I'm NOT an expert in the Baltimore market.I can relate though as I live in Denver but buy in Southern US.Going big allows you utilize, best in class, 3rd party management and there's no need to be geographically constrained.
