I use my credit card to buy my coffee in the morning along with anything else that I could possibly use it for, I'll even charge for things less than a dollar if they'll let me.....I don't care to deal with Physical money at all.......Then pay the balance at the end of the month.     

I am going tomorrow morning to assess the apartment.

My brother in law did nothing but save for the future, and he was great at it unfortunately he suffered a stroke and has never been the same, that being said his family told me they wish they could have gone on more trips and done more things together  instead of pinching every dime .

Hello Bigger Pockets Family,This is my first general post, but I wanted to just give a Monday morning bit of motivation.  

One of my brothers dogs is blind and he is sweet but I still would be concerned if a kid tripped over him would he snap.   

I see several trip wires for a city to use ED in this matter, at least in my state.

However not everyone wakes up in the morning to deal with arrogant people.
