Itemized statement of payment owed to apartment

Good Morning. I renewed a lease 5 weeks early but my hours are getting cut and cannot afford to live there anymore. I informed manager 6 days shy of a 30 day notice That I could not afford to live there anymore ...so she charged me with a reletting fee of $650 my rent was $550. I paid thalf of it that day and did final inspection same day. Inspection passed but will be charged for a carpet shampoo and new paint Im fine with that I only lived there 15 months 50yr old single man. I have asked for a itemized statement showing what I owe them and will pay the rest off in the next 3 paydays but manager refuses to return my calls to discuss the final money owed to them and release me from the apartment AND futher unexpected charges. Are they supposed to give to me in writing the total I owe them since I am out of apartment now and apartment passed except for the 2 repairs. When should I recive the form showing my responsability of payment to them? Thank you
