Not a fan of green landlords trying to make it work OOS. 

We've learned a lot but really aren't fans of the hard lessons. 

Either hire a service that places the machines and gives you a cut, or buy machines that operate with card or an app.I'm not a fan of either and doubt you'll make much money - if any - after covering expenses.

For unusual or extreme situations, you would charge the line item price plus your hourly for actual time spent.Individual line items might be window shades, window glass, toilet tank lid, toilet seat, towel rack, door hinge, closet door, outlet/switch, bedroom light, kitchen light, individual bulbs, ceiling fan/light combo, medicine cabinet, repair wall 6", paint touch up per 10' wall, flooring (by type), clogged or slow drain, food disposer, refrigerator bars, drip pans, stove burners, etc.

I'm not a huge fan of what I understand about a 529 plan as I don't want to pigeon hole them into going to college.

With this many people, this might be a syndication and regulated by the SEC --- don't call me a fear monger, just putting it out there since anything involving the SEC is way out of my league.

We will not talk of this but planned to further clean after they finish by ourselves every 2 or 3 cleaning of this cleaning people, such as corners, along the wall, under beds, on the fan....
