I currently have a couple of leads and am looking to get back in the game.

The other thing is that the lead time is what is, we have absolutely no control over it.

I am currently looking for people to help me out with some very specific roles if you're at all interested. 

I'm new to the industry and I need advice on lead generation for LO's if anyone would be so kind! 

I also lead a team of agents here in Vegas if you have any listings or need a buyers agent.  

This leads me to my fear and my questions. 

If some of my leads turn into good deals, we could work those together.

Bandit signs and pulling leads off the MLS has had good success for us. 241 deals wholesaled this year and over 100 fix and flips in the whole Business.

Ideal I would like to work an investor in my area whom is big enough that they need people to help deal with, tenant management, incoming leads, find new deals, etc.
