Hi I'm Karen. I have been studying REI off and on for years and am now determined to take the plunge. I am in the Atlanta area (Henry/Clayton County) and have little cash or credit available so I am looking to start off with wholesaling and possibly very minor fix and flips. I am willing to consider buy and hold if the right no/low money down situation arises. I am excited to finally start my REI career, as this has been on my heart and mind for years. I look forward to all of the advice that any of you have to offer and would love a local mentor. Thank you in advance for all of your help!
