Hello BP,

I am green to real estate investing and looking for an opportunity to work with a company or person who successfully wholesales, flips and is a landlord. I'm willing to work in any area because I want to learn every area: marketing for sellers, talking with sellers (have done some on my own), evaluate property (I have a Realtor to help me with that), working on the actual rehab (want to learn materials, costs, how to hire the right labor, how to know what a property needs and be able to correctly estimate it on the spot, etc.), learn how to negotiate, deal with, and talk to money people, municipalities, attorneys (I have a small relationship with a closing attorney in Greensboro) and other professionals in the business. I, also, want to learn how to build and run a business and kept it successfull even through rough markets cycles.

This could take some workload off an investor. What do you hate (or is your least favorite) to do? Start me there. Show me what you want and I'll work, tirelessly, to give it to you. Also, I hope this can turn into a mentorship.

I've done some marketing for sellers in my area for wholesale deals, but haven't completed a transaction, yet. I've only had about 30 calls. If some of my leads turn into good deals, we could work those together. That could be some extra cash that you didn't have to spend money to market for.

If this is of interest to anyone in the Rockingham or Guilford county areas or the Winston-Salem area in North Carolina, please, PM me, or email me from my bio page.

Thanks for reading!
