Hi Justin,    I have a little knowledge of the Peterborough and Kawartha's area.    

We pride ourselves in giving lower income tenants a higher quality of life, something to be proud of.Also, with them, we make sure all communication is in written form, either text/email, just in case (b/c they are older, easy sympathy story), we have proof they confirm everything is good.

I have about $1,000,000.00 in cash for down payment as well as I put some money away for “just in case”.

Myself, when I sell a property with Seller financing, I go ahead and create the deed, have it notarized and its filed in a safe place just in case I was to be dead or incapacitated at time of the buyer paying off the note.
