The only thing I am cautioning you on is your desire to get in sooner than later.  

My goal is to secure my first Wholesale deal in the next 60 days, then another within 30-45 days, use the earned fees to purchase a duplex then cash out refi the duplex to purchase a 3-4 unit.

Hey Everyone, I was curious if there was a tool or site that helps people narrow down their desired area they would like to invest in.

The other house was also in a less than desirable neighborhood I was able to rent and after two years to make a long story short, I was unsuccessful for many reasons.
