Neighborhood crime and where to avoid

Hey Everyone,

I was curious if there was a tool or site that helps people narrow down their desired area they would like to invest in. I'm new to the DFW area so I'm not aware of bad areas or which areas to stay away from, if that's even a thing!

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Russell

I don't know the market at all, but you can start by looking for highly-ranked public schools. People will move there and stay there until their kids graduate.

Every market has crime-tracking devices. It took 10 seconds on a Google search to find THIS MAP
