A lot of FB marketplace are tire kickers.  

I own a PM Company and we grew tired of finding reliable janitorial and cleaning companies, therefore, we created our own division and have been more than happy.

The tire shop next door owned it.

Now, let's say my wife is tired of renting.

PV has for the past 2 years been pleading with their local mayor and anyone else that will listen that they're tired and done with what the short-term rental industry has done to their neighborhoods.

I got tired of people cancelling and leaving us with a calendar open, but too late to get a new guest....

I am tired of working 15 hours a day so i really want to start flipping houses.

Hi Chris,Regarding tenant not cooperating, it could be just a messy dirty house and the person wants to clean it up so they don't look like a slob.Hardworking people's apartments don't always look like the maid just left (because they are tired from working when they get home), but a lot of them like to keep up appearances for others.Things like do the laundry, clean the kitchen up, make the beds, pick up after the kids, etc...Good Luck!
