Warren Michigan PM Suggestions

Any PM suggestions for Warren Mi? The town rental license dept is requesting that all Property Managers must be a local agent within 50 miles. My current PM is multi state and doesn’t meet the criteria. Really unfortunate because everything was going well with my current PM.
