Airbnb Cancellation Policy

I wanted to start a discussion on Airbnb cancellation policies and see what works and what doesn’t work for everyone else.

Currently, I use it differently for each place based on seasonal occupancy but I am relatively new to STRs and wanted to see if there was a better way.

You should base your cancellation policy as strict as your competitors are doing it. Use airdna to figure that one out. It's just whatever people are comparing you to, honestly.
