Look for the major intersections or streets where things change so you can narrow your search criteria some more (West of Grand, South of 44, Dogtown neighborhood etc).

Having built up a decent-sized nest egg, I have been ingesting as much real estate knowledge as possible over the past six months, with my eye on either buying a home in the NoVA-area to live in or a home in TX to rent.I've also thought about becoming a realtor here on the East Coast, but it would be a huge step back in terms of security and income for the first few years.

BTW I am interested in deals in Metro West if you are finding things.I'm mostly looking for places to rehab, but also am interested in cash flow rentals.

West LR is good too, but also would consider A class.  

Just depends on your risk tolerance and resources.Every other house in Kirkland (Norkirk and West of Market) seems to have an ADU in a basement or over a garage. 

The debacle that we call 290 will eventually be fixed and it will look much like I10 West in W Houston and Katy when it is done.

Do NOT use South West Water, that's who I have and they are ripping me off under the banner of tariff charges.
