Hello John here from Massachusetts. New to the site...just getting back into RE after the horror show in 2008. I have modest goals 4 properties a year. As part of my marketing I am coming across potential deals that dont meet my criteria or I dont want to deal with them. I think this could be a good place for them. Also starting to look for private money.
