Banks don't like lending to LLC's you will need to go out to a private lender or buy in your name and transfer to the LLC but be careful of that as it could trigger due on sale clause. 

That could include saving up enough capital to buy the property and pay for a certain amount in assumed damages the first year.Eventually you need to pull the trigger.

If I pull the trigger I plan on putting the funds in the Vanguard Money Market Fund which yields about 2%.
