Bank of America is the "evil empire" and their arrogance shows in all areas - short sales, mortgage, and credit cards.

Sounds to me like someone is looking for excuses and "moral support" to not pay rent while trying to play the single mother sympathy card.

In NJ we have State "green card" inspections every five years.

I send all my clients who buy from me at least a thank you card, if someone buys 10 homes, that is a lot of money in my pocket so a small gift is just another sign of appreciation.
