USAToday.com offering Pre-Foreclosure List

I came across pre-foreclosures being listed on USAtoday.com - Has anyone used this service? You have a 7 day free trial, then it's about $10/week. Much cheaper than the local guy who charges about $100/month. The list appears to be up to date.

Any information about possible pro's and con's of using USA Today are greatly appreciated.

Check it out for yourself: http://usatoday.foreclosure.com/search.html?ob=asc&tab=p&st=NC&cno=183&listingid=&ci=&z=&pcn=&pdn=&pdc=&o=pdc&ps=50&pg=&pmap=true

Thanks for your help!

-Andrew
