Has anyone had an issue with loans being called when you transfer the deed to your LLC? 

Can you take maybe 5% ownership of the property on the deed. 

I tried calling the tax office of the county but the individual who answered the phone didn't seem to know and transferred me to a supervisor, for whom I left a VM but hadn't heard back yet.Thanks!

They might not be your lender, as they have so many loans I was finalized through Caliber Home Loans but the transfer changed nothing.

You can structure their investment as debt or as equity, ie a loan to the company (debt) or ownership in the company (equity).
