Hey everyone, first time posting on  and appreciate the feedback ahead of time. A couple quick questions from someone new to the game

1- LLC formation - whats the best way to setup my LLC situation with my partner? From what Ive read it seems that I should form an LLC for each future property and within that LLC use my personal LLC as well as my partners LLC as owners. This will also allow me to state how much of each property I have ownership of. Or should i not even work about that and form one LLC use that until Ive accumulated a couple properties?

2 - Bank Account setup - is it best to setup a bank account per each property? or just have a master account? And in relation to this, how does it work between me and my partner?

3 - Property Management Software - is it necessary for someone so new and if so which would would be recommended?
