Which is why it helps any offer if you can throw in a "resume".Otherwise, I'll just get the tenants in a turmoil about selling and have to post notice and you may not even show up.I'm a broker, so I only get paid if I close, so I'm not discouraging deals, but be realistic and consider there's a SELLER and BUYER involved in any deal.

Some on BP will disagree, but both of my sons had academic and athletic D1 scholarships, and it would have made zero sense to throw those away.

Honestly, I have heard it argued every which way and even had lawyers suggest one or the other, the someone throws in the need for a trust to further anonymity.

Aging owner/operator, throwing people into units hoping someone stuck, doing all the maintenance and work themselves (also means done improperly or not done in most cases) For us, it was the right choice to close but we had all our info up front and the purchase price reflected the work load ahead.
