Good morning BiggerPockets members! I’m throwing this post out there to see if there are any fellow members in the mid-MO area. I’m saving, learning all I can, and building my team in an effort to land my first deal in the next 6 mo.

I'll be hitting my first local REI meetup in a couple days, but not sure how good of a turnout I'll see, given people's potential COVID-19 concerns. So... I'm also reaching out online as well to see who may be out there: fellow investors, contractors, private lenders, etc.
