I would not pay any $ for course until you are sure they teach what you want to know.

One of the methods I teach is how to property buy a property with cash by filing a lien on the property from your own company. 

I teach many agents about investment and foreclosure properties so put me down as a resource you can use for questions.   

@Jeff Cagle that's because that's what the so-called "Gurus" teach newbies while ripping them off at those seminars!!

Carey it went very well, he is willing to teach me what he has learned, at the same time take me along to learn a new venture he is looking to get into.

We figure there will be enough teaching moments with our first property that we should probably pass on a "project" this time around.

It will be tough for a busy investor to just sit down and teach you, but if you add value to them you will catch someone attention.  

Being a realtor doesn't really teach you anything about investing, although it can help you build up your team of attorneys, inspectors, and contractors. 

With so many different options to learn from, and each teaching a different strategy and talking about how the other strategy will not work, I felt paralyzed.
